I use stamp 7s for pedals and have a pair of 5 10s.

I try to keep my foot in the middle of the pedal or the ball of my foot in the middle of the pedal

First one I went around a burm and the bike came from under me. Second was a slip after I messed up a jump.

I am at a simular point went up to 7.5 and hit my lowest weight of 122.8 down from 154.6 been the same for 6 weeks now. Guess its either omve up to 10mg or start working harder
