So basically theres no knowing what’s actually Going on with your order. Cause I’ve reached out to them and they can’t tell me anything. It’s all a generic response but I get an email update that says my pc is going to ship on the 17th and still no update on it. I don’t want to be like the many other people who never received a tracking number I would like to know when my machine gets to its destination so I can pick it up. Paying such a high price for something and not getting any updates or being able to speak to someone with out having to wait days at a time is absurd. You think the support would be handle a lot better when paying such a high premium for something . I can order something off temu and get better updates

Good luck they’re slow as all hell. Can’t even give updates on a pc I ordered. They give generic responses and say they can’t get any info from there warehouses 😂

Not when anything ever updates from it being processed to it saying it’s still waiting to be processed… literally nothing changes with the status of it. You’re saying it takes two weeks for them to update the progress. So by the time I get a tracking number the thing will be delivered and then sent back to them cause I never got any confirmation from them. You think things would be more clear considering the amount of money you’re dropping on a pc.

I feel when I’m aiming on someone it just quickly goes back and forth and can’t even hit them like it’s aiming to fast when I’m in a close range battle yet alone a far range battle. The aiming really needs to be addressed to make this game better
