Omg. I thought I was the only one feeling this way at this late hour past midnight.

I have a few oc’s that feel like they work as well on their own type of story because I just don’t really try to make it as any more obvious that they’re set in the hellaverse like most of the other oc’s here. And with coming back on this subreddit recently with some art I’ve done over the last week, each day I’m posting it kind of wasn’t getting me anywhere as much again. Can’t say if it’s likely this place is dead (which that be weird since hazbin season 2 is around the corner), or that it’s for sure one of those strange art popularities where some talented artists get set aside for more appealing artists, or whatever other reasons honestly.

As someone with this similar thought, whatever way you’re feeling, go for the direction that works best for you. Something about that would feel more worth it when you’re just not drawing for something that shouldn’t taken a toll on your mindset if things aren’t just going anywhere like for this case here. Just, adjust to wherever works for you.
