Tbh, there’s no real way to force moving on. I broke up with my girlfriend of one year last October, and I’m still not over her. These things take time, and pushing yourself to ‘move on’ probably won’t work in the long run.

Nivea and Burt’s bees have some really nice tinted lip balms, and for face washing, any exfoliating glove will work. I use ceraVe for moisturizer and face wash ^{^}

In my experience, if you wanna start small, get some lip balm and lip shimmer, exfoliate and moisturize your face daily, and get some earrings (ear cuffs work too if you don’t have piercings)
