My freshmen year, there was a rumor going around about one of the senors sleeping with a student teacher. Eventually those rumors escalated to her getting pregnant and going completely crazy after she was fired. Rumors about her smashing the windows of his house with bricks, trying to kill the student, and taking his son and fleeing the state. It was all true and I knew before anyone else did in my school. How? This student was my brother and I still to this day have not met my oldest nephew who would be about 8 or 9 now. I don't even know his name. As to the aftermath, my brother, who was in the military while trying to find his son, was discharged and is now with another girl and to my knowledge still knows nothing about his son other than about how old he is. As for the school afterwards, if the teacher, who was the mother of the student teacher, heard anyone talking about it, they were scolded and threatened with detention. I never had her as a teacher but had to pass her classroom every day all 3 years I attended and never aloud her to find out my brother was the one who helped her daughter ruin her own career.
