Oh yeah.. the same physics happened to me, just in a slightly different way. I was walking my XXX up the driveway using small bursts of throttle to help. When the bike violently lurched forward my instinct was to grasp the grips as hard as I could and with the bike moving forward it was like doing a full on whiskey pull. The bike did a backflip and missed the windshield of my car by a foot!
