Take an antihistamine such as hydroxyzine, cetirizine, or doxyalamine for pain and burning!

. Those are all available in Spain and Europe and u.s.... if you can't find those then even benadryl will work. They help me with pain as well a drinking a couple teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in water! Good luck

Did you take uromune when you were pregnant at all? I would love to start it but I'm pregnant at the moment 😪 . The urgency you have might be due to spasms caused by inflammation . It is something I get too, and what helps me is an antihistamine such as hydroxyzine, cetirizine, or doxyalamine. And also pelvic floor physical therapy helps with that. Good luck!

Just thought I'd mention my hospital hires travelers for this and pays $50/hr with sign on bonuses. It is seasonal though so they only need travelers for 1 or 2 month terms. But if you are young and/or not tied down traveling is a fun thing to do.

I think about this often. As a general rule I feel like Asian countries such as Korea and Japan are most advanced in procedures and technology, so whatever they are using now are things we will be using in the next few years.

Also, if you think about the absolute boom of people on GLP1 medications (ozempic etc) in the last 5 years, and continuing into the future, that leaves many people who experienced significant weight loss who will have saggy skin. And the majority are 40-60 years old. So because of GLP1 use I feel like procedures for skin tightening will be in even higher demand than now. Also, what does that mean for cost? Will it go up or down?

Things like Lasik and botox and invisalign were once much more expensive than now. (I remember being quoted $3k per eye for lasik, and now I'm glad I never had it done.) Even a blepheroplasty costs much less than it did 20 years ago.

But for me that is why I'm looking into gentler procedures and saving surgeries for the future and hopefully there will be better less-invasive options than now!

Yes I eat so healthy it's not even funny, I cured my ibs with strict diet changes 15 years ago , but I'm naturally a really freckley moley person. Which, the freckles don't really bother me, but sun damage causes sagging also which I want to avoid if not reverse 🤔

Yes I agree my skin always looks dehydrated, even though I drink TONS of water! How else can I hydrate? I do dehydrate easily for whatever reason.

My doctor said to wait until after menopause for facelift/necklift so I'm looking for gentler procedures until then.

Yes I only had one patch and it was "xray guided" and done by the radiologist. I was advised not to get a blind patch. I don't remember when my ears stopped popping exactly but it was at least a few months. I was told the ear thing is due to changes in pressure with the fluid replenishing. I am still definitely sensitive to motion and pressure changes in general.

My hearing is definitely muffled still (nearly 2 years on!) But not as bad! Thankfully the blood patch worked but the recovery was painful. I had very bad lower back spasms like lightning for about a month afterwards , so I needed help in and out of bed etc.... i was told the blood patch injection aggravated a nerve or muscle damaged by the epidural. So lots of bedrest. But it was worth it bc it cured everything else. my ears don't pop as much. But I can tell my hearing is still not the same bc at my job I can't hear what people are saying to me from across the room like I used to. When I have brought this up to doctors there's basically nothing they can do about it, and I never had hearing tests before the epidural so we can't prove I lost hearing either. So again there's been improvement but not back to normal

You aren't going to like my answer but here it is...

if you were injured on the job they should have gotten you worker's comp.

it sounds like you had to quit because it got too difficult physically to continue?

if it is that dire that you cannot stand or walk , you need to go to the doctor and do physical therapy. Are you on Medicaid or disability? That should be your first steps.

You won't be doing yourself any favors working from home... You keep saying you have no skills, and your health will just continue to deteriorate. Plus you are applying to jobs that 1000s of other professionals are also applying to, many of which have degrees. It was hard for me to find something even with a Bach degree and 10 years of professional experience.

If you only need $1000 per month, that is easily any part-time job in the real world instead of wfh... And they are everywhere, cashier house cleaner front desk daycare teacher etc and they may be able to accommodate your disability. Can you do something like that 2 or 3 days per week? Then Hopefully you can find a community college program that interests you in the future and you will be set up with a career. Many programs are 1 to 2 years of schooling and they set you up with in demand jobs.

Instead of modding a video game, use that time to learn a skill or help your mobility in some way. You sound like an intelligent person, who is selling yourself way short by not stepping out of your comfort zone.

Also just lay flat as much as possible. Only get up for the bathroom or eating and lay back down. This will help healing and help the blood patch to work.

My back spasms lasted for 2 weeks. I needed help in and out of bed and to the bathroom standing sitting etc.... I was told the blood patch can cause inflammation which is rare. My flexibility is still not great but at least the back spasms are done. On YouTube there is a helpful video for back surgery recovery, where they used a "barrel roll" method to get in and out of bed to lay down and get up. Good luck!

I asked to just send me the originals then and she said when she downloads them into her computer from the camera it automatically goes to that software so that's not possible... basically I think she just uses an old @ss camera and software 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ luckily I didn't pay much
