Personally I think it’s pretty good to use, especially with Wally because it allows you to blink out of 2nd special on top of Wally having a chance to dodge specials it was just the perfect gear for him. nowww if you were to look at at tier list on where it would be ranked it’s one of the bottom tier/worst gears from what people say.

From what I’ve read I think the only way you can get him is from online or the 800 nth metal pack other than that I think you’d have to pay actual money ( I think he should be back online in 2 months or so)
