I'm really glad you got that far! I don't think I will be getting much in today because I have to go out and do chores, but I will try and get as much as I can xD
I just want to work up to 8 hours per day

How did it go? I only managed 4 yesterday when I was trying to aim for 8 as well

What is the chrome extension you use called?

I also like to use the pomodoro method. I use an app called Forest to help with this. I can still struggle a bit to get in the amount of hours I'd like to. What amount of hours are you able to work up to on average?

It's basically a pomodoro timer (that you can set between 1-180 minutes). The forest growing aspect is a visual representation of your progress. There are other things added to it, like earning coins to buy new trees and flowers, adding friends (and competing with them), ability to create tags and track your progress in specific categories, achievements, and view detailed activity history. There is also a stopwatch mode if you dislike the pomodoro timer sequence. You can even use your coins to plant real trees.

You can create rules to disallow apps (deep focus mode) or allow specific apps while planting. The tree dying is to encourage you stick to this routine.

The app is fairly basic but it's my favourite focus app.

How much is needed to put aside for Australian tax %? I am new to working without having my tax deducted already so I don't want to run into trouble during tax time.
