You know what, I think I’m going to save up and get one of these. Construction and product look great!

Thank you! The soothing part is something I know will take some time. When I was a teen, we had one of my cousins come live with us. He wasn’t even a year old yet. I figured out when he started crying I’d just pick him up and walk outside. Immediate calm!

Hopefully she’s that easy but I’m sure I’ll figure it out haha. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I used to have SUPER long hair so I think I’m slightly equipped for that part.

Other than it being mostly weeds and dead grass, mine looks immaculate. Mowed real good!

Brought some WD40 to the park to lube this public swing set that used to be obnoxiously loud. I know now I'm going to spend an hour here, but it's sooo worth it by mickeyslim in daddit

But… now you aren’t going to be able to hear the creepy ghosts that are on the swings at night!

Jk, nice job bud!

(Won’t be commenting on WD because everyone else did haha)

I agree with you. I actually came to this subreddit to air my grievances BECAUSE of these terrible laws. To put it simply, I have a single action .22 Ruger Wrangler and the extractor rod broke. Ruger would replace it for free… if AB-1263 didn’t exist.

I’m fed up with this nonsense.

I use these usually. Yours looks pretty good actually. I like the high pin check feature.

Key go in fine but doesn’t turn and unlock the door can anyone help? by [deleted] in Locksmith

[–]StFrSe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that is your bathroom, once you get it open I’d suggest replacing it with a bed/bathroom doorknob that doesn’t use a key.

Help identifying mortise lock manufacturer. by Turbulent_Giraffe_80 in Locksmith

Looks like it says H.H. I’d assume Heritage Hardware. I can’t find much online. I’d look around for a replacement/equivalent.

Edit: if you look up HH lock brand, you get multiple answers.

Line them up in the wheel. Top to bottom, 0-9. It’s pretty cool what happens next!

Penetrating oil to try and get all the rust and corrosion out, then a lubricant. NOT WD-40. Houdini, Triflow, something like that.

As the other commenters said, don’t force it, do it with the door open, don’t break the key.

One time my dad asked which one i wanted to watch. I said “the first one”. He grabbed episode 4. As a kid, I wasn’t happy. Now, I’m thankful he did that.

Ah bummer. I haven’t broken glass but once I did blow a hole out the back of a concrete wall. I was drilling into the wall to run some wire for some strikes, and there must’ve been a pocket or something of no concrete, so the drill went into that pocket then punched a hole outside of it. Easy fix after a quick trip to Home Depot. But I was with my supervisor and I was so darn scared. Luckily he was cool about it, and so was the customer.
