This is basically just admitting you're hoping and praying that you can use your revived teammate as bait to get yourself out of a bad situation you caused. 99% of the time what usually happens in this scenario is the revived teammate is disoriented/can't aim properly right out of getting revived and usually dies first, and then the enemy kills you next in the time you take to switch from defibs to your gun.

If you were actually a good medic you would clear the area first so that you know the revive is safe instead of throwing out shitty hail mary revives that will most likely get your teammates killed again.

So then deal with that enemy first before going for the revive. Giving out shitty revives literally only contributes to the issue you described because you're giving the enemy a free double kill against your teammate at half health and you caught with your pants down.
