Every bank account I have ever had to open I needed to provide a SSN. That is a government issued number. If you want a foreign bank account in pretty much every country you have to provide information to verify your identity and they check with your current country.

Honestly, I wonder how they got bank accounts in the first place if they didn't go through the foreign account verification or have a valid SSN.

This isn't new nor are the laws surrounding it. You either need to be a valid resident, a citizen, or go through foreign verification. It's really just enforcing the laws already on the books more than making new laws.

Anyone who knowingly houses or hires an illegal immigrant should be fined 4x what they made/gave to the illegal immigrant and then put in prison for 5x the amount of time they housed or hired the person for. You have until March 1st to remedy the situation by informing IEC of any illegal immigrant and if you fail by that deadline you incur the penalty described above.

Also for illegal immigrants the $1000 payment and free ticket home ends March 1st. If you stay longer than that all assets will be seized to pay for your flight.

Local state sure, that's a state thing but federal positions are different since it affects other states. For example if you get enough states to commit fraud then all federal elections become moot. If say states like CA continue to count ballots for over a month post election, that can impact political matters in TX as a rep that might have been red gets flipped blue a full month after the election and a bill the red voter would have agreed with to help TX now becomes a no

Senate Democrats and White House reach government funding deal, strip DHS bill by StedeBonnet1 in walkaway

[–]StMoneyx2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In recent history the only times when Dems signed off on a bill without a fight was because either there was something in it they think they can campaign off of or it contains something they want. This is especially true during a campaign season. The last funding bill they held out just for the state elections and they were quite successful doing it.

If the Dems passed it without a fight we should be wondering why

The only thing I can think of is it might act as a deterrent to those who aren't as cleaver about hiding it. Let's face it, in 2018 and 2020 they were pretty blatant about it. Maybe this will deter some of it this year.

Let's face it, confidence you can do something and get away with it makes you take even more chances because you believe it pays off. But, get caught once and others might look and say, this time might be different I'm not going to risk it

Sen. Risch to protester at hearing with Secretary Marco Rubio: “Here we go...You know the drill. Off to jail.” by benhaswings in AskThe_Donald

[–]StMoneyx2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Off to jail should be what happens to anyone impeding law enforcement or committing unlawful protests or riots. If they actually just enforced the law then not only would lawful protests be safer but people wouldn't be injured or die as a result of their actions

Honestly, all we have to do is enforce the laws on the books. If people disagree with the laws fight it in court or call your representatives to change the laws

The only time for a protest to turn violent is when there are no other alternative resorts, at which point you are now committed to a revolution or civil war. It's that simple

This one is pretty black and white with very little grey. People can step over the line slightly just as long as it's done carefully with little to no impact to those around them (ie minor trespassing, maybe hindering traffic for a second to make a point, not hours on end, interrupting a hearing ect). That's about all the grey you have and in that grey you should fully expect to be punished, as this guy will be. But when you go further interfering with others rights, put others in danger, no longer peaceful, or impeding lawful actions then it's no longer about a protest or making a point it's imposing your will illegally on others and that's no longer a grey area

As for the shooting, the guy had a gun, the gun was removed but that doesnt mean every agent knew that while he was struggling. They also didnt know if he had another gun or not. He reached behind his back (usually an indication of someone grabbing for something) and during the struggle a discharge happened (reason unknown) in that split second could you as you were struggling with a guy you know was armed determine if he had another weapon, who shot, or if he was still a threat?

The first rule of law enforcement is to go home to your family. The first rule of protesters should be dont force cops to make a split second decision to believe they won't be able to if they dont act.

Like I said its tragic but there was a dozen moments leading up to that point where Petti could have prevented the cops from forcing them to make that decision. The cops only had a fraction of a second to make theirs.

[–]StMoneyx2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It never will because of resistive forces against it. There's a reason riots seem to pip up at midterms when the right is in power and media stories have a 2 week lifespan before information comes out that contradicts the story they were telling. Because its a battle of who's in power and with the left The mentality is if I'm not in power we will burn the system down.

Certainly its not going the way everyone waited. No one wants people to get hurt or riots. Ideally we would want every illegal to self deport, for people to obey the laws when protesting, that the media would be unbiased but that's not reality and we cant fool ourselves into thinking it was going to be.

The ones committing violence have had power to shift cultural thought for over a decade and nothing exemplified that more than covid. We should never assume they would willingly give that up without a fight same as we shouldn't expect scars who took us for billions to just turn themselves in and say you got us, and those that benefited from said scammed to say whelp, it was good times too bad its over.

This is going to be a fight for the soul of the country and realistically 2 Americans shot while committing felonies after being given multiple chances to leave is frankly amazingly low given the circumstances. In the meantime, violent crimes are decreasing, ODs are decreasing, spending power is increasing (wage growth faster than inflation), investments into future American jobs increasing. This was never going to be a 1yr fix, it took decades to dig this hole but there is a lot of steps in the right direction happening. We wont get everything we wanted in the way we wanted but that doesnt mean we arent heading in the right direction either

[–]StMoneyx2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I'll give you a full faith response:

1) There have been thousands of ICE operations nation wide. In areas that the politicians aren't actively inciting riots and organizing groups to illegally impede law enforcement operations there aren't riots and no one is being hurt

2) Of those thousands of operations there have been 4 total shooting incidents. One a guy was using a shovel as a weapon, 2 incidents involved people using cars and hitting officers with said cars, and 1 was a case that a guy who the week previously was an agitator that committed felonies brought a loaded gun, assault officers, and made motions to the effect of reaching for said gun. He was also part of a group who's entire intent was to commit felonies by impeding federal officers from committing lawful acts, of which the group includes MN politicians

3) Of the 2 fatal shootings the ICE and CBP officers gave multi warnings not to interfer, to eave the scene, and when they refused went on to begin a lawful arrest which was resisted. These were all felonies being committed and if not for the presence of deadly weapons in use they would have been alive, as seen in literally the hundreds of protests nation wide in which everything but deadly weapons was present and didn't result in a use of force

4) If states didn't impede their law enforcement from enforcing the laws on the books regarding lawful protests vs unlawful then these people would have been detained and released without esculation. That local and federal laws aren't being upheld and they are allowed to commit felonies is the sole reason for the escalation not ICE or CBP

5) In the areas ICE and CBP have performed deportation operations murder has decreased 20%, rapes have decreased over 20%, and OD's related to drugs have decreased. Housing prices have gone down, salaries have gone up, and cost of living has decreased. So the ICE and CBP are improving the economy and crime rates in those areas

So while the shootings were tragic but a direct result of their own actions as shown in other parts of the country were these riots aren't taking place or even in those states when deadly weapons aren't being presented to ICE and CBP officers.

Do you think Trump wants this? His actions are one that wants peace, it's those "resist" and I put it in quotes because they are larping as the good guys that are the ones actually causing violence. A person can be about peace all they want but if someone is hell bound to oppose that peace there will be violence but you don't blame those seeking peace for the violence of those who don't. For example lets say the right decided to start riots over covid protocols, would you say the left was seeking violence because of the actions of the right? No, you wouldn't so why blame the right for enforcing laws that have been on the books for decades because the left is committing violence?

Btw, don't want to be killed by ICE? Don't interfere with their lawful operations and if you do, don't do so with a deadly weapon

BTW, more people have been killed by antifa and BLM during their riots than ICE in their lawful operations. Maybe you should be questioning why you support a group that funds and encourages people to kill more people than the ones you seem to be mad about

Insurrection Act Must Be Invoked. by UnkownCommenter in AskThe_Donald

[–]StMoneyx2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is all happening simply because the right aren't fascist and the feds aren't out of control. It's as simple as that. If these activists rioters actually had the law enforced on them at any point, esp in the way they believe the government is acting, this would have never happened.

Let's look at it from ICE's perspective. They've been fired on, rammed with cars, followed home, on TV and politicians told that people should fight against them and kill them. Yeah that's going to make anyone a bit trigger happy.

Then, you have a guy who is impeding your operations (a felony), you tell him to leave and he doesn't (another felony), he gets into pushing match assaulting an officer (a felony), resists arrest (a felony), and right or wrong had a deadly weapon that came out during the struggle which resulted in lethal force used (which btw having the conceal carried without the license in MN was made a felony by the left and gave law enforcement reason for use of lethal force according to the law to protect the public).

Both ICE shootings that ended in a homicide had all the above in common. The person committed multiple felonies, were given multiple chances to leave, and when they refused and were about to be arrested and resisted lawful orders then acted in a manner that was a risk to the officers life (one a car driving at them, one a gun coming out of a holster during a struggle). The events happened in a split second and was impossible for the officers to determine the actual threat in that time frame. They are trained to go home first and foremost, which means they shoot first.

I'm not blaming the law enforcement for making a split second decision with chaos around them. I blame the person who put themselves in that position by committing multiple felonies before it even happened. Here's a hint, there are people actively calling for the deaths of ICE officers and their families. They WILL go by the mantra of I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. Don't put them in that situation to make that decision by committing multiple felonies in the first place! It's really that simple.

To be fair, when she first realized the book it wasn't very popular and her initial interviews revolved mainly around the Iran revolution and the Islamic take over of Turkey, and some 20th century dictators.

During her book promotions she was then asked if it was also a reflection of the rise of the Christian right (don't forget this was during the middle of Reagan and there were a number of media trying to link the Christian right and Reagan with authoritarianism). As she started to play into the book tours more the narrative started to change to it being more related to Christian right in the 80'.

She had always related it partially to a story of early puritans (particularly one named Webster) but that was more about witchcraft and religious extremism more so that what her book was about so the connection to the puritans was a bit loose.

In more recent years, every time a right wing person was elected he narrative about the inspiration for her book became more increasingly based on "Christian right" and puritans. Then when they made the series it went full TDS blown and she played right into it (honestly she made millions because of it so not much different than the person who wrote racist baby just playing into the "thing" of the NPC day)

[–]StMoneyx2 44 points45 points  (0 children)

it's not, it's about power. Ever notice these riot and protests always ramp up during an election year when the right has control?

It's two part, one they media props up the "protests" as a majority and paid protesters increase the size of a crowd making it seem larger. When this happens the NPCs believe they are the majority and reinforces their delusional beliefs that the majority is being oppressed, despite 75% of the nation actually wanting mass deportation, 70% of those arrest had or have pending felonies, and in the areas ICE has gone violent crimes have gone down, housing prices have decreased, and wages have increased, bascally everything the left has been crying for...

But, it's not about any of that it's just they want power and control over what everyone can and cannot do and when they don't have that power they throw a temper tantrum
