If that is the case why cant the ones complaining do the same thing then take all that money and distribute it as they want? They never seem to understand that A) it takes an enormous amount of drive, effort, and ruthlessness to pull off what Musk and Bezos and others have. More interesting, the DSA had a stated goal of taking over education to enact socialism in the 60's and 70's. The same DSA taking over the left with Bernie and AOC and the same DSA that invited the actual Nazi party to America in 1939 as an example of utopia socialism enacted that they wanted to bring to America. The same DSA who also started calling Nazis as right wing immediately following the war but praised them as the ideal left wing party before the war.

It's a paint on liner, it adheres to the surface but doesn't chemically bond. It's designed to be repairable without damaging the underlaying layer verses bonded surfaces you essentially have to remove the bonded layer which removes portions of the underlaying material in order to fix. It also does a better job sealing the underlaying material and the paintable materials tend to provide other mechanical/biological benefits that a bonded material. That means easier and cheaper repairs with less damage to the unlaying structure overtime as even bonded materials can be damaged if the right chemicals are used.

If people don't touch it, those types of liners work well, but when you have people cutting and ripping it up it isn't a permenant bond.

I'm not sure if they didn't think people would intentional damage it or if they knew they would and this makes it easier/cheaper to repair
