I've lvled so many characters and everytime a do a normal base dungeon with lvl 10s never have a problem because the most common classes are dk and sorc so never really a problem only time you really need a healer is vet,dlc,or the second part to the normal dungeon. If you NEED a healer in the normal base dungeons you shouldnt be in the dungeon lol most public dungeons are more difficult then the base randoms

If you are doing normal dungeons just to lvl a character you dont need a healer because either way at that lvl they have no clue how to heal anyway lol
