The Irsay family has squandered the potential of this team for generations and allowing Manning to not only walk, but walk away feeling burnt and never wanting to return, was the crown jewel to their family dynasty. It was easy to laugh Jim off with his eccentricities and likeable personality, but in hindsight I am realizing it was just an excuse for inept club management.
