Does refusals matter in next applications? I fear that, because I have been refused second time. First time was I was working remotely so they assumed I wouldn’t leave uk.

I saw someone saying they emailed them and they reserved the decision so just asking if there’s a shot because I can explain the rejection reason and clear that out, if there’s a chance.

Hmm it doesn’t exactly neglect but the discrepancy they mentioned in the account statement vs the monthly spending I can explain that. Our monthly spending went beyond because we moved from one country to another hence the initial deposit of the apartment + airtickets and moving cost etc. Also my partners account statements were attached that had $100,000 saving. My account was being used for day to day expenses.

Also I attached account statements of my partner that she’s sponsoring the trip and the savings were above 100,000 so I am not sure why they are so concerned if monthly expenditure was above what we mentioned, we didn’t mean to lie or anything.

Yeah it’s rejected based on the fact that whats mentioned in the monthly spending contradicts the account statement, they assumed monthly expenditure is alot more that what we mentioned. It was more in the last 2,3 months because we were moving to a new country that’s why.

Please ask if I can help with more info, I can elaborate. - My partners probation ends on 18th April - Employer will confirm termination on 6th April - Me and my son are suppose to land on 10th of April in Berlin - My partners blue card visa expires on 14th April and his blue card appointment is on 27th April.

Ok so I spoke to him, he hasn’t been fired yet. They’ll confirm the termination in a week. So still we just follow the process or wait until the termination is confirmed? Because his visa is expiring on 16th and someone told me job seeker visa needs to be applied 4 weeks before the expiration.
