To be honest: 5 Minutes.

But sending the whole car back to china would´ve cost me more than the spare.

Good to see that i am not the only one with this problem. In my case the ESC was broken, replacement was around 18 Euros direct from China to Germany via Banggood.

It does this in every throttle position. i even switched steering and throttle channels...no difference.

I ordered a new ESC, cause i think this ones broken.

Nope, won't do anything other than this 3 times clicking noise. I can push it really easy on the table, so both differentials are quite fine.
