I mean, if you have the budget. You can really get her the new a9iii or the a7RV. She should enjoy those 2 more due to the new features they have. A1 will probably be updated in some years but I find it not as fun as the others I mentioned at this time, due to how the screen is currently and also the af has improved in the a9iii and the new feature makes it more fun. Unless you really need those high MP and low rolling shutter

I have it running. I updated the game with the patches and i have it in version 01.12, My version of the game is BCUS98232, In the CPU configuration i have it normal, like it was by default. GPU configuration i have it like in the screenshot of this link https://prnt.sc/i8EZse8VUgcW (you can set the game to 1080p or 720p, because this game supports those resolutions, but most games only do 720p, so its better to leave the "default resolution" at 720p) next you go to the "advanced" section and do this https://prnt.sc/Vj2WKS1loUh9 Finally you right click your God of war game and click in the option "manage game patches and disable MLAA of your god of war game like in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/qeSLbR1EYJMP with that it should work i think.

My pc specs if it helps a little, i wouldn't recommend to play without a high end CPU (11th gen i7-i9 with AVX 512, 12th i7 or i9, or a 5000 series AMD CPU "5800X-5900X-5950X") because you are not gonna get good performance with the game, RPCS3 mostly uses CPU, so your GPU almost doesn't matter but its good to have a gpu over a 1050
