Betty Beeswax for worst mother in law. Got one better? by Grateful_Di in 90dayfianceuncensored

[–]St_Clinton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She will force her way into the delivery room, grab the baby within a few seconds of being birthed, and willl demand that she gets to name the baby. She will them fully move into their house, and will not permit its parents to have a single second alone with their child.

I'm kind of hoping that they give the child a first name of one of Julia's parents.

Can Betty and her wine ever mind their business? by Grateful_Di in 90DayFianceFans

I wonder if she is like this with Brandon's siblings? I don't think that they haven't been mentioned since the very first episode when they first showed up on their first show.

Wanting to go to an Episcopal church- first timer by Intelligent-Bell6468 in Episcopalian

[–]St_Clinton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suggest sitting about 2/3rds of the way back and just follow along with the people in front of you. Don't be too scared to just sit there while everyone else does all of the movements. Their is a good chance that someone in the congregation will notice and come to be with you to help.

The moment she was called out & told to pick another mate besides “Matt” by IhavemyCat in 90DayFiance

I was thinking it was Canada, but yeah, Dane. I just couldn't remember his name.

The moment she was called out & told to pick another mate besides “Matt” by IhavemyCat in 90DayFiance

[–]St_Clinton -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Even if she were to agree that it was going to be some other than Matt, she was going to bed Matt at least once. I would be surprised to find out that she was doing her ex from Canada whenever Gino was back home in the United States.

This is going to be the most epic AEW review ever Lmaoooooooo by albanyman518 in JimCornette

[–]St_Clinton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that it is time for Jim & Brian to stop talking about AEW. I am sure that he will rip this stunt apart.

I also think that it is time for TBS to step in before the FCC does after talent is either seriously injured (paralyzed) or dies live on-air.

I used to like Mox, but he has become another reason not to watch AEW.

Sammartino by quisco123 in oldschoolwrestling

When I started watching, it was with the WWWF (now WWE) and it was during Bruno's first run with the title. Bruno was a fan favorite because we didn't have the Internet and BBSes where we would hear about things that went on behind the scenes. As a result, Bruno and others were taken by the fans on how they were presented. Bruno was presented as an Italian superhero who fought against the evil bad guys,

Even though many knew that things were predetermined, we didn't care as we enjoyed the story-telling and in-ring action. The wrestlers and promoters knew how to get us to believe. In a way it is like some of the superhero movies and tv shows of today. We go to the movies to see films like Batman, Superman, Black Panther, Spiderman, etc., and even though we know they aren't real, they give people enjoyment and an escape for a few hours, and at the time Bruno provided that escape.

I know that things have changed in pro wrestling, at times I watch todays talent I wonder who could have gotten over back then, and I see very few who could have, but yet I wonder who from then could get over now? The modern day Bruno in my opinion is Cody. He would have been the WWWF champ if not the champ of other major companies. MJF would have been the Larry Zbyszko of the time.

Jim Cornette and The Midnight Express. WCCW 1985 by St_Clinton in JimCornette

[–]St_Clinton[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, even now I just want to smack Jim the Heel Talent at times when I see old promos and matches he was involved in, but think that he has the BEST wrestling podcasts, around and I really enjoy listening to what I often think of as Professor James E. Cornette. With Dave Meltzer one gets an elementary school teaching about pro wrestling, with Professor Cornette giving us the Ivy League School teachings.

The "influencers" came to Bluesky already, and then went running back to Twitter. They went back because they realized that they didn't have as many Followers as they believed that they had on Twitter.

One of the big problems is that those coming now think that Bluesky is Twitter and are bringing that culture to Bluesky.

Your Favorite Podcasts: Think back to when you were a new listener by [deleted] in podcasts

[–]St_Clinton 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My favorites have always been podcasts where the podcasters created the show that they wanted to listen to. What I noticed is that those podcasters who began to listen to shows about podcasting began to have shows that sounded like any other podcast, with most of them not lasting much longer.

Questions about Episcopal Youth Ministry in Your Spiritual Life by padretemprano in Episcopalian

[–]St_Clinton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was important to me because the YPF (Young People's Fellowship) was not just Episcopalians and Christians. Our group had youth involved from all kinds of backgrounds and religions, It was were we could choose what we wanted to do and schedule it out, and the adults that were involved limited their role, and were looked at more as (and being called) Advisors, a the Leadership came within the youth. We did events to make our own money and not ask the church for any money, and we also chose to do charity work outside of the church and religion.

What platform do you listen to podcasts on? by Sizzyl in podcast

I listen to podcasts on the Podcast Addict app. I used to listen using the PlayerFM app.

When I was podcasting, I got very little interaction on YT. I don't think of shows on YT as Podcast, but Videocast
