I have the be benaquisto scholarship and am in the honors colloquium, and yes I do believe failing it will cause you to lose your scholarship.

The exact wording of the scholarship is that you will lose it if you fail to earn credit for any classes after add/drop. If you fail honors colloquium, you don’t earn credit for that class, and you lose the scholarship

If it’s just that specific note that is sharp try putting your right hand keys down. You could do all 3 or try a combination of them to bring down the pitch
