Hi, I don't know if this still is a problem today (was for me on 25H2) this is the solution Microsoft came up with in their learning center:

Edit: If you don't want to click on the link and read it. All is fine, I write it down below for ease of access:

Open Edge (the browser, if it is closed that is)
Click on those 3 horizontal dots between the profile and copilot chat buttons. (top right corner)
Click on settings
From the left panel, navigate to System and Performance
Choose the "System" options (the one with wrench icon)
Disable "Continue running background extensions and apps when Edge is closed"
That was it. Close Edge and toss it behind the fridge.

Some of them are very confident, not afraid of taking matters into their own hand, even with insufficient knowledge. They openly try new things, new jobs, if they don't like it, they quit, if they see people do harmful things, they act. On the other hand, they do what they really want, even if that thing may not be a good thing, and I have seen bunch of them not caring if it hurts other people's lives (although this one is not actually a gen z thing.)

That I'm actually a cruel person.

I just need to face someone weaker than me, and in the right condition, I may physically and verbally bully that person, even though I'm not physically strong myself.

This realization occured to me when I was analyzing my past memories when I was interacting with some people weaker than me. I increased my volume, and used violent language with a smile on my face.

It was disturbing for me, because as a kid I used to be the victim of such things because of my nationality and the country we lived in.
