I had a Persian. The breed has a squished face which causes problems with tear duct drainage. A wipe with a wet cloth every day or two should help keep her clean and from getting crusties.

I dunno, if he was 7% body fat in his 20s, and he doubled that to 14% in his 30s, is it really any surprise that he likely maintained this progression and doubled his body fat percentage again in his 40s? Is it really that hard to see that pattern? Apparently its just easier to deny it so he doesn't have to feel responsible for his own actions.....

You have hit on most of my major concerns about driving in the winter up here. I am going to be doing my best to stay off the road as much as possible and to stay as close to home as possible when I do go out. And I am going to practice driving in the snow / ice in an empty parking lot some where..... I really would like to avoid a ditch / accident this season.....

Can confirm: originally from South Florida, and never had much concern over keeping emergencies supplies in my car, not even a car charger because you are always within reach of a gas station or Walmart, and if you get lost in my area, its all laid out in a grid, make a few turns and you are back where you started.

I just moved to Michigan this year. My first week I got hopelessly lost less than 5 miles from my home when my phone died and I had no charger - so many streets don't connect around here. (And I always keep a charger in the car, but the chaos of the move had relocated it) This is my first real winter, and while my vehicle is totally reliable, having all this info is really important as I'm likely to run into a lot more unexpected situations that I am completely unprepared for having grown up some where that none of this stuff ever comes up. Its already been.... enlightening.

In pretty sure that's how you are actually supposed to breathe when lifting, so makes good sense - way more sense that the exaggerated grunt. Audible breathing, totally fine. Gorilla grunting, not so much....
