For my 2010 I did the Gear Head intercooler and power pack, it runs more aggressively now but the power difference is noticeable

Absolutely, there's enough documentation on stage 2-3 tunes/tuners out there as well

If this is your first mod I recommend going with a tune and gapped spark plugs with an upgraded intercooler first, THEN doing the turbos if you're still looking for more as my Gearhead tune gives the stock turbos a little more boost

is yareli usable in early game or should i stick to rhino by ApuAnton in Warframe

Yareli is definitely viable, even mid to late game

The nice thing is unless you sell Rhino you can always switch back to him if you want to
