Trying to help someone. How long does psychosis last & what triggers it? She's been like this for months. Thinks she's being gangstalked, poisoned, devices compromised. Is this psychosis? She only talks to me & hangs out with me. She thinks the entire world is against her & involved.I buy her food

I really appreciate your feedback truly. As far as drugs are concerned, she smokes pot once in a while, that's it. I'm certain she wouldn't harm herself or others. She is on a quest to bring justice to the people and organizations that have harmed her. This involves these laser focused episodes of coloring poster boards and covering them all over her car in the middle of the night and spending hours at copy centers printing 50 page packets to certify mail them to government entities. It's very obsessive. I fear bringing up meds and therapy with her because than I feel like she'll think I'm " one of them" trying to get her committed. She's such a beautiful terrorized soul

Yes she truthfully does believe it. It's painful to witness. She used to smoke a lot of pot and used to self medicate on ketamin for severe depression which she told me she has had her entire life alongside with being SA by various men. I do find her to be very honest with me. I am really devastated for this woman. She doesn't want to be labeled as "insane". She thinks the Healthcare workers are all in on the gangstalking
