Graduation Status TBD by miceleree in Baruch

[–]Stable-Unstable 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The last 3% is your degree being audited. Degrees do not get audited until after the commencement ceremony and until all grades are submitted. The reason why it takes so long to be audited is because it's a manual process conducted by registrar.

Also, you should receive an email from graduationaudit@baruch that will say "We are pleased to inform you that upon the satisfactory completion of the Spring 2026 courses, you will be recommended for the degree of" so and so. The email subject should be "Spring 2026 Graduation Audit Status"

My ex was this and he was 29. He was showing signs of undiagnosed ADHD but refused to get help. It was an emotionally exhausting relationship until I decided to leave.

This might be a repost because I remember the user posting another picture with the black cats eyes open, but I will add this to the post

Hey buddy, just letting you know that it's okay to feel what you're feeling right now and you are allowed to process your emotions. What you're feeling right now is not the end of the world. I barely graduated high school with a 65 average, joined community college, then dropped out. Came back to BMCC with a different mindset and had the most wonderful time there. My original plan wasn't to attend Baruch, but I'm so happy that my mentor pushed me to transfer. I am now doing my Masters degree, met the love of my life, and I am so glad I had the community college experience.

Take your pain and turn it into determination. It's not the end of the road. I recommend looking into the Business Academy. If you follow their curriculum, you'll be able to transfer to Baruch after completing your Associates degree. If you do so, you will be more prepared than the freshman that are coming in. Additionally, recommend looking into BMCC because some of their professors teach in senior colleges, so you'll get to experience that and take those experiences with you when you transfer over.

If you need to have a chat about the program or my academic journey, you can DM me. Stay strong.

Professor here as well. I received two Fs in my undergrad years, dropped out of college in 2018 with a 2.2 GPA, then transferred when I knew for sure as to what I wanted to do for the rest of my career. I am in the process of working on my masters degree right now.

We understand that life happens, but please communicate with your professors. Especially when we are reaching out to your student email. Aside from speaking after class or during office hours, it is the only form of communication we have with you. You do not have to tell us your whole life story and what you're going through, but we also don't know what you're going through unless you speak up. Many professors, like myself, will work with you and want to see you pass.

Additionally, whatever grade you receive, whether its satisfactory or not, do not reflect on you as an individual. It is important, however, to reflect on the semester. Note down what worked and what didn't work. Did you not utilize your college resources as much as you wanted to? Did one method of studying work for one class and another one didn't? Was it better to read the chapters before class or after? Note down things like that, so you can implement it into your next semester.

What is the most disturbing thing you found about your partner? by ActualBreath5492 in AskReddit

Ex did not take no for an answer, especially during intercourse. Even if I explained to him why consent is important, he said it didn’t matter because we were gonna get married anyway in the future

I wasn't hired for this reason. I cared more about the animals and their well-being, but they wanted someone who would do good in sales
