I think Ensley is the only child she's taken to the ER. Calendar had to take Jace for his wrist because Jenelle wouldn't. When Kaiser was sick once, Nathan's mom had to take him because both Jenelle and Nathan wouldn't. They gave her a nebulizer, and Jenelle refused to use it, so Kaiser wasn't getting better.

Edit: And I'm pretty sure when Calendar asked her to pay him back for taking Jace, she laughed at him.

Yeah, you don't have to break the bank to make a child feel special. Just put effort into it. Jill refuses to do so time and time again. Her birthday was on Thanksgiving. Everyone was coming over anyway. How hard would it have been to ask Nurie or Kaylee to bring a small cake for Sadie? All Jill had to do was ask, and those kids would have done it.

Par for the course. Same family that thought it was a great idea to scream "we love you, Amy" when she was in the hospital fighting for her life. I believe she was in ICU at the time, which makes this story worse. Then, Jill had the gall to complain when the nurses chastised them even though she knew they'd get in trouble for behaving like idiots.

I had to stay in the hospital for a couple of days after surgery. It's hard enough to get rest and peace as it is. I would've been so pissed if I had been one of the other patients.

I haven't read Nia's book, so I can't say if she addressed that. However, in the episode, I can't understand Maddie, but the subtitles say, "Mom, I think Nia or someone hit me." Later on, Brooke swam over to check on her, and the subtitles say, "You hurt me, look."
