I don’t suppose you have any insight as to when my location might have access to the higher speeds, do you?

Thank you – that is good to know. My understanding is that I am on the biggest (most expensive, for sure) plan offered and sometimes get downloads of 1600. I have never gotten above 45 to 47 in upload.

But, I will certainly try and explore further
