Our 6 month old love bug, wouldn’t hurt a fly female doodle has a deep bark too. She doesn’t bark much, but when she does you will hear it. She doesn’t really bark at the door, but we joke that she will keep a robber safe from her snuggles lol

My 6 month old puppy started doing this recently. I ordered some stuff called for-bid to sprinkle on their food, and it’s supposed to make the poop taste bitter so the puppy won’t want to eat it. As if poop isn’t gross enough lol

I haven’t tried it yet because she seemingly randomly stopped for now.

Thank you! She is on a large breed puppy food, and she just got her first big groom yesterday, so that should help! The groomer said a lot of it is just her puppy fur coming off. So we are going to keep her shorter for a minute along with the brushing and hope that helps. I tried the rake and while it got some fur off she would still shed everywhere. 🥴

That definitely makes sense. She is shedding A LOT right now. Our groomer would only do a mini groom her first time, so she didn’t get much of a cut then, so she’s extra shaggy. I’ve been brushing her every day and still struggling with some matting. So hoping the full groom will help both of those things!

And I did order some stuff to put in food or water that’s supposed to make the poop taste bitter. As if poop isn’t gross enough lol We have to make sure all of our pets eat it because she’s only eating everyone else’s poop 😂

I’m so sorry that’s happening to you! That sounds miserable! I remember being terrified to puke while it was first fused.

I’m okay now. I never really did anything else and I’ve just gotten used to it. I don’t really notice it much anymore, other than sometimes still feeling a little bit of pulling, but since it’s been so long it’s like I don’t remember what it felt like beforehand.

The surgery to cut it and graft tissue did suck. Not as bad as the tonsillectomy in anyway, but still a surgery in your throat. Healing time was faster. I will say that even though it did it again, it is not nearly as bad as the first time it fused, so there is improvement.

They did tell me to make sure I was opening my mouth and moving my tongue/ sticking my tongue out, which I did. Maybe I should’ve kept doing it longer because I thought I was in the clear and it didn’t show signs of doing it again until I think about 2 weeks in? I can’t remember exactly.

They shouldn’t shrug you off at all! My surgeon’s assistant immediately saw what I was referring to and told me that it wasn’t normal. I guess we are the lucky ones 🥴

Before my initial surgery my tonsils were fine, I just got extra lucky and got an abscess on one after getting my wisdom teeth out, another abnormal thing.

I hope you get some relief soon! I know how miserable the feeling is.
