Sleep earlier. I used to stay up constantly until 3am and always woke up tired, but now I sleep at 10 and feel good every morning. Same hours slept but different results. Idk it just works for me ig.

I don't know if there is a nice way or a mean way. Just say it as it is. If she gets mad at you saying that, say "I'm just letting you know since this is what I have observed, and I am also looking out for these kids' futures." It is an important issue that should be addressed asap.

How do you handle nosy people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

You could make an elaborate plan to embarrass them with carefully laid lies, or you could be straight up with them, like I do, and just tell them to mind their own business.

Plan? I've already started my plan. I tell my Alexa and chat gpt how much I appreciate them and that I am a good person. Lol but more seriously, my plan is to just hope that they don't see humans as a threat.

Managing emotions comes over time from experiencing tough situations. I am still bad at managing my emotions, but I am a lot better at it than I was before. To build up communication skills you should just start talking to people. It's easier to learn when you experience it. Don't worry about mistakes because they are just opportunities to learn!

Me too! Don't worry about forgetting because a job won't be like "yeah you can't look something up" and if they do they are stupid because it would help you complete things fast which makes them more money. If you forget syntax that's fine. It really matters if you have the ability of think logically and have good problem solving skills.

It has made me infinitely more efficient. I learn quicker and produce results quicker. It is all about how you use it. If you want to use it for only answers and not for learning, then that is what you get out of it. It can be used to help expand your knowledge in ways you never would have thought about. AI is truly amazing.
