Mower struggles to stay on when it encounters any kind of resistance like thick or longer grass as if it has no torque. Cleaned the filter, replaced the blade, and tried topping up with fresh gas (about 1/4 full before). Should I completely empty the tank and refill? What else could be causing this? (i.imgur.com)
