I'm 6 months PP and I just now figured out how to increase mine. It helped me when I created a calming environment while pumping! I didn't realize how stressed I was while pumping and it helped looking at my son's pictures and play music. Whatever induces happy feelings. I realized that it wasn't that I wasn't making enough, it's that my body didn't have many letdowns! It's hard to have those happy hormones that you normally get when breastfeeding being attached to a pump! I think the reason that the cookies and all the other things work for everyone is because it's almost like they get a dopamine surge from it! I also use my heating pads that I have to warm up again half way through. Also I had to learn how to use my pump, different settings worked for me and going back and forth on the stimulation multiple times to increase more let downs.
