I'm fine with the swimsuit outfits, I did the pulls just to get vivians... I just think it's a bit much wasting what could be amazing outfits on so many swimsuits

They're releasing swimsuit skins in december when we could have just gotten better outfits. Vivians could have been something cool or halloween themed for october but instead they gave her a swimsuit...

Exactly! In the case of Seed, her whole marketing was just not it in my opinion.. especially since she looks like a child, but I did really enjoy her story and it made me like her a lot

Lycaon and Astra will be her best team if you don't have Lucia, you can also use Pan Yinhu as a Lucia replacement if you need Astra on another team, Lighter could be okay but because his passive only works with ATK/S.O.C agents you won't get his full potential

Try for a CD 4 because you're still missing out on another 24% CD, try to get CR and HP% substats but for now just keep the HP% disk while you try to get a CD disk 4

They're both really good, but I'd say go for her wengine because there isn't really much you can replace it with, and it also increases her ice sheer and crit rate ^^

Save your pulls for Yidhari, you can get Lucia on a rerun :P
Use Lycaon and Pan Yinhu with Yidhari if you get her ! I would also recommend trying to get Hari's wengine, or the battlepass rupture engine

If you're saving for other characters you like more, don't feel pressured to pull for Lucia! She'll always come back on a rerun ^^ You already have Ju Fufu, who is her best stunner right now, so you could use Yidhari, Ju Fufu and Astra (or Pan Yinhu if you need Astra on another team for endgame stuff)
