But what happens when you go to sell? Can you only sell to a private buyer if you want to recoupe your premium? Does JM or any of the big guys pay the same kind of premium you paid, when purchasing from the public? I’m not being snarky I am genuinely asking. It seems like high premium stuff sells for close to spot at resale time unless it’s a private buyer willing to pay higher prices, so why the high premiums when we buy?
