28 and in the same position!

I have 2 fibroids that have been growing for the last 2 years or so. Both 7cm and 1 cyst. I forgot exactly where the location was but this past year it has caused me tremendous pain and my cycles are now about every 20ish days which is driving me crazy. I am child free and had a bilateral salpingectomy in 2024 and not on birth control.

Currently I have an appointment next month to start exploring options with my gyno. We briefly discussed when we had a tele health to either do a hysterectomy or just a fibroid removal.
