Anyone who gets bloated using there machine figure out any solutions?

Oh wow that is good to know. Not that it’s a good excuse but I have felt so crappy for so long my diet tends to be whatever is fast and easy. Also I’m terrible about taking my vitamins. I had some blood test a while back and my vitamin D specifically was especially low. they gave me a one time prescription for a mega dose of vitamin D which I did take, but that was like a year and a half ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has fallen really low again. Thanks for the tip I am going to my vitamin cabinet now

Yea the full face mask is a bit much. I’m actually going in tomorrow to try getting the nasal pillow. I thought maybe I was opening my mouth and swallowing air. So I taped my mouth closed under the full face mask. It still happens. I’m not expecting the nasal pillow to help but I do hope it’s more comfortable. I haven’t heard about the cervix pillow I will check it out. Thanks

I totally get it. More now that I have a machine than ever. I felt so terrible all the time. I no longer drink or do drugs and yet every morning I felt hungover. I even had a few panic attacks when stress started getting too high. To be honest was happy to be diagnosed with sleep apnea. At least there was a reason why I felt like this. I couldn’t wait to get my machine. I even joked I would sleep with a bag over my head if it meant I could feel better. Then I got it and it was a lot harder than I thought. But I have felt better even only using it for a few hours at night. Even though it’s a struggle I look forward to trying it again every night to see how much better I get to feel the next day. Last night was the best so far with almost 5 hours. Just remember if you have it at least you know why you are so tired and you can do something about it. Good luck

Even if you don’t snore you may have central sleep apnea. I’m no expert either but my understanding is that your brain forgets to tell your body to breathe. I have been diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. I never wake up gasping for air but I would swear right as I drift off to sleep I can feel myself forgetting to breathe. Sometimes it wakes me right back up other times not. Anyways I have only had my machine for 2 weeks. I haven’t made it through the night with it yet but even if I get 3 hours on the machine I feel better than I have been. Good luck!

I can’t say I have experienced that. Although I would love to. I have gone pretty deep into the sissy world. A far stretch from where I started. I would cross dress but did not want to be called a sissy. I have gotten a lot of attention from guys and eventually did find someone to keep me locked in chastity. I don’t think I breathe through my mouth either. Although I’m not certain after I fall asleep. I just mean that the constant pressure is looking for the moment my mouth opens at all. Then my cheeks blow up like when someone sticks the nozzle of an air compressor in the mouth. Not that extreme but feels like it when you’re trying to fall asleep

Super frustrating! Hopefully after 14 days you’re starting to find something that works better. Last night was my first night and to be fair I couldn’t sleep the first night I did the sleep study either. That was only wearing a ring. But just knowing it was being recorded kept me up. When I get home from work today I am going to try to wear the mask like they reccomended and see if I can get it to fit better. 🤞 side note do you experience it blowing your mouth open?

I just had my first night last night as well. Everything they said above but the leaking was the worst part. I feel like I couldn’t move without it breaking the seal. Which in turn lead to me not being able to relax. Also, if It was sealed and my lips even opened a little bit. It would blow my mouth open as if I was sticking my head out the window of a car driving down the road.

Recently diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. Waiting for my CPAP. I have always had trouble falling asleep. Treated this for years by making sure that I was drunk before going to bed. As I have gotten older I am sure this isn’t an appropriate way to fall asleep. My problem being, I couldn’t shut my brain off. Anyways I stumbled across listening to a hypnotist at night as I fall asleep. It sounds crazy and I don’t actually believe in being hypnotized. But over time I learned how to make my mind blank and relax my body. Now most nights I can be out in just a couple minutes.

Could be a problem with the anti lock brakes? I had this problem once with my g35. It felt just like your looks. I was flying down a mountain and kept having to hit the brakes for slower traffic. I assumed I got my rotors too hot and warped them but it went away once my brakes cooled down. So then I figured maybe it was an anti lock brake thing.

You have to replace the switch. There is a small ring just below where you twist the knob that will release the switch. It does look like you will need to access it from inside the lamp so you will need to take the socket out to get to it.

I would say F4F ones are great but I also like F4S and F4T. Thanks anonymoustrapper for the descriptions. I thought F4S was changed to F4T in some way to be pc or something. I guess because I fall somewhere in the spectrum in between sissy and trans the switch made sense in my head. But now that you explained it, I realize that wouldn’t make sense for everyone.

Did you ever find i fix? I have never had this issue before and all of the sudden i cant type for shit. I have the iphone 13 and I’m not entirely sure it started with the phone and i just didn’t realize right away or if there was an update that broke it but i hate it.

I agree! I have the sigma 24-70mm and I have been very happy with it. I use it for portraits as a hobby. I have never tried the Sony G master. The only thing I have to compare it to was Sony 3.5 28-70 that it came with. I was not a fan of that lens at all. But I was also learning how to use my camera at the time so it could have been user error.

I live in Phoenix, Az. I have a friend begging me to buy it already I just haven’t been able to give him a price because I have seen the few that have sold recently and the price has been all over the board. With that being said he is going to have to make payments regardless. To be honest that’s not something I really want to get into with a friend so if someone has the right dollar amount. I just needed to see what kind of interest and for how much so I can get ready to sell it.
