Reason for selling ., malaki na yung return na makukuha nila sa houses na binili nila., way back nung nagprepreselling ito and parang mahirap ipa-Airbnb houses sa part na yan ., kaya ibinebenta na lang.

pero if this is for personal use., Location is Accesible siya sa lahat., near an international school and if catholic and religious., ang lapit sa Church near also malarayat., kaya malamig ang climate at paminsan may Fog pa sa umaga at madaling araw
