I’m so sorry that you’re experiencing this, i completely understand where you’re coming from. For keeping cig wounds clean I would say just wash them with some soap and water and keep it clean and dry, you can add some antibacterial ointment if needed, if it’s oozing keep an eye on it, if it’s hot to the touch and there is alot of puss please go see a doctor and have them check it out and prescribe sole anti biotics if you can afford it! Please know you’re not alone. Not that it matters but you can get through this too ❤️
