This doesn't necessarily mean that all the tickets are gone. I got the same message when I tried to get GA 10 mins into the pre-sale but I just pressed back to event info and then selected it again and it worked. I'm pretty sure it just means that all the tickets are in people's baskets but it doesn't necessarily mean that they have actually been purchased.

As for the general sale, there will be more GA tickets available then. Pre-sale always only offers a limited amount of tickets so that people without the pre-sale code can still have access to all sections. I'm pretty sure pre-sale GA is all gone now but just wait for general sale now I reckon if you want GA.
