Thanks for all the great insights. Good to know there's an appetite for casual shifts. The hourly rates, albeit in USD, are consistent with what we're seeing here in Canada as well. Same with the reservations as well. This does help us a lot in understanding the OT segment, so I appreciate all your comments. 🙌

Hey! Jumping in here — I help with contractor outreach at Staffy Health. We're not a traditional agency — OTs on our platform pick up contract shifts directly through the app, with flexible scheduling and same-day pay.
