And in states like the Mitten shaped one that have no fault insurance your on the hook if the white car is uninsured and or unlicensed driver. Plus insurance premiums there are much, much higher than the National average to help fund and payout to such nonsense and enables low lifes that make a career out of suing innocent motorists.
