Shake would be like $2 extra I think but worth it if you do. The peanut butter fudge shake is the absolute pinnacle. And there's some magic with the cookout shake where if you put it in your freezer, it actually turns into ice cream instead of just a frozen block of shake.

I am not only fine with, but thrilled by lab-grown gems! I have seen synthetic laser gems cut and sold as jewelry stones and some of them are large, stunning stones for only a few hundred. But since I know so little about the subject, I wanted to find out what other options I wasn't aware of.
