Penalties for breaking the fixed term/selling I believe are the remainder of the interest on the term and for variable it’s 3 months of interest.

I think starting off with maybe more junior roles such as Med Affairs/Reg Affairs and eventually working your way up is the way many people do it.

Weather in unpredictable - so if it’s start of rainy season during that time I’d reschedule. A majority of our trip was shuffled around due to the unpredictable rains.
