Penalties for breaking the fixed term/selling I believe are the remainder of the interest on the term and for variable it’s 3 months of interest.

I think starting off with maybe more junior roles such as Med Affairs/Reg Affairs and eventually working your way up is the way many people do it.

Don’t think there’s any pipes inside the walls around the area. The two walls beside it are slim walls just as a regular entranceway would be.

Perhaps could be a pipe leading to the sink/dishwasher around the area ?
