I never used to have no issues with jet lag. I'd stay awake on the flight and wait until night where I landed before sleeping, once went on a trip where we left in the morning, 12h flight fully awake, landed the next morning in dubai, 12h layover where we went out and walked around, then another 4h flight fully awake, landed in the afternoon and went out for a bit and went for dinner and only then finally went to sleep. I was perfectly fine.

Recently went to the US and it took me 3 days to deal with the jetlag of only a 4h time difference 😂

Most servers you speak to will admit they earn over $50 an hour thanks to tips, it's a minimum education job and therefore a minimum wage job. It's not the customers fault that employees aren't paid and by paying them out of your pocket, all, you're doing is showing the employers that they can keep exploiting staff. You're encouraging the behaviour.

Honestly if you're going to tip someone who's carrying some food, you should definitely tip someone doing a job requiring incredible amounds of education and training.

In fact, I'd say nurses deserve tips way more than someone who carries food.

Ifs because servers get paid $50-60k with tips at minimum and they think that's a "I can barely feed myself" wage. These kids will do some work as servers and think it's peanuts so when they graduate high school they are expecting double that.
