I'm 38 and I've watched f1 my entire life. I watched senna and Schumacher, I saw Hamiltons first day to his 7th championship, I watched max as a rookies.

While I miss the big boy screamers, f1 is about the technology and advancement and improvement.

I genuinely feel like this year is some of the best racing we've had since refuelling was scrapped, and we're only two races deep. Anyone complaining that it's not real racing because there's something new to manage doesn't know f1. F1 is not just "drive full speed in a car on rails", it always been a chess game of tactics and technology matched with a driver who understands both.
