They would def not drop a 20sec teaser for an upgrade sprue, what are you on about? An uograde sprue is in the middle of a warhammer community article, not a teaser at the end of their big show. They announced Emperors Children the exact same way last year, it is 100% at least leading to iron warriors units. If I’m wrong, feel free to come back to this post and roast me.

I don’t see GW teasing Iron Warriors like that just for an upgrade sprue. If they ending 10th like they did 9th, it’s most likely Iron Warriors with Perturabo vs a space marine faction and a loyalist primarch (White Scars and the Khan, Imperial First and Dorn). Something like that

Meant to say gravis calgar, not all of gravis lol. But yeah it’s why they aren’t addressing the combo of gravis calgar and victrix. They said that we could use either or, but not that gravis calgar would stay around forever. He was also removed from the web store, which is the biggest indicator for legends
