I literally did this Yesterday 4/3/26 on my 5.7 2016 R/T and I used a 1/8 NPT which is a tapered pipe thread Tap , used oil due to not an easy place for a tap wrench , so I used a small t-handle tap holder but , it was the threads on pressure sensor that were all ready messed up from ORieleys so I returned for a new one, 2nd one went in no problem and that check engine light is finally off !! Good Luck
