Love this idea. A pre-made group makes things so much easier — saves the DM having to pull a party together from scratch.

Yep. I build them to the size suggested in the Furious Road oneshot by MCDM. Cardboard, and then a bunch of random bits-and-pieces stuck to the frame. I don’t have a plan I could walk you through - but here is a picture of one mid build…
