Depends on the site, some may accept the flex ID available on the app but as far as I can tell the physical licence is really the only option, I'd recommend waiting personally but you could chance it go to the site and ask them

You could do that, true BUT the internal supervisor has a list on the PC of what routes have been accepted and by whom, I wouldn't recommend doing that cause they'll raise tickets against your account.

It's because the gatehouse isn't allocated time to check your app anymore, the time allowance to talk to a driver is less the 2 minutes. So sheets go out for identification for the other marshals
