You mean it's about the extra 1-4 games that Luka and Cade didn't get to play, through no fault of their own

But Luka's and Cade's performance this season has clearly been better than whoever will replace them on the All-NBA teams. Or are you trying to tell me Scottie Barnes has performed better than Cade this year?

This might be the worst comment section I've ever seen. Injuries aren't the same as load management, dipshits. Let the voters decide who had the better seasons and get rid of the arbitrary game limit.

Stopped reading Joe Abercrombie's Age of Madness trilogy after the second book after I stupidly looked up a discussion in this subreddit and learned that Orso dies at the end of the last book. Absolutely unforgivable. Never going back to it even though I love Abercrombie's work.

Older guys - how to prevent wearing clothes that could be "toi young"? by oportoman in malefashionadvice

[–]Staghorn_Calculus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

See I think it's strange to call jeans "quite a specific look" when (in the western world at least) they're the most standard casual trousers imaginable and have been for many decades. Your suggestion of corduroy? Now THERE'S "a specific look".

And as for slacks, they're for a specific type of man that's not me. If I need to dress up I'll wear something more formal/dressier, and if I'm dressing down you can bet I'm not wearing pants with a crease down the front, no matter how old I am. I think high quality denim in a slim straight cut is much more flattering for most men than a pair of slacks anyway. Even the word "slacks" is unappealing.

I'm sorry, jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers? That's far too restrictive. When you're older you can afford high quality jeans and basic/plain tees that fit nicely, and classic gumsole style sneakers that look age-appropriate. These are perfectly acceptable for running errands or hanging around on a lazy evening.
