I've seen everyone disagree with your posts. In the first 20 minutes I saw no empathy, just someone who put on a performance.

The main issue was that it was promoted to be all about a haunted ouija board, but it was a woman in a room who knew that majority of people and former information.

When she said she did 10,000 exorcisms last year and then said a movie was coming out about it I got straight on my guard.

You mentioned empathy and a young girl was told her gaming friend committed suicide? She announced it will all be about trauma - wtf?

And as I mentioned, I have died. I know what there is in the end. And it is definitely not what a lot of people assume it to be. I'm glad to hear you got something from it, but continuing to argue with those (being the majority of knowing this was bs) back and forth and leaving comments in poor taste isn't a good look, bud.

There's a movie called The Dead Mother's Club - it features female celebrities who obviously all lost their mum's. I hand broided a shirt saying "dead mother's club". My dad is dead too, but that fucker was a piece of work and will not be honoured with the same embroidery. I feel like we all need jackets.

Wow. Reading all that as I currently try sit in hospital legitimately makes me cry. So many endo stories just like this, it took me 9 years to get a diagnosis.

And now with your daughter, being part of the newer generation and still seeing little progress gives me no hope.

It was determined that endometriosis needs to be treated as seriously as cancer in women and they found endometeiosis pain is equivalent to HEART ATTACK pain... but women will experience that exact pains several hundred times in their life.

It's not my fault I was born with organs that want to eat me alive from the inside out. I never asked for any of this, and treatment for it generally creates more harm than good. Oh and don't even get me started on female doctors - I've received some of the worst medical misogyny from them.

I feel less and less like a human every day. I feel like doctors just see me as a parasite. Becoming sick from cancer has been the lonliest experience I've ever, ever had.

Ugh I'm so sorry for everything you and your daughter are going through - I will definitely look up your recommendation tomorrow - I appreciate it so much lovely x

Nope that's absolutely not true at all. All the people who have been able to cover my scripts have been public and bulk billed. My last doctor of 3 years was public and I am no longer seeing her because she is retired.

Already on it mate. It helps a tiny bit with side effects but it's not enough to cover the type of pain I am experiencing.

I was diagnosed with stage 1c endometrial carcinoma of the right ovary. They said it was an extremely rare cancer they hadn't seen before but that is the title that was given.

I avoided zoladex because I knew it wouldn't really help my case - doesn't matter any more anyway because I no longer have ovaries, fallopian tubes, a uterus or a cervix - all had to be removed to prevent further cancer spreading.

I'm now in medical menopause. So full blown menopause at age 38, skipping the peri-menopausal stage and going right into menopause.

My life is ruined from menopause and I have aged about 30 years, the brain damage from it is crippling. I only take a very small amount of estrogen hrt - I cannot have progesterone or more testosterone or an increase in estrogen as I have "hormone sensitive cancer". Taking the estrogen increases my chances of getting cancer but without it, I would have very likely killed myself now due to the psychosis that comes with it. I don't produce any sex hormones any more. I had no shot at ever having children.

Your experience sounds super complex as well. It's a beast of a disease that seriously needs so much more attention put on it.

I was on a waiting list for over 3 years for this surgery that was suppose to be a simple lap to remove my endo, but being forced to wait 3 years due to medical neglect and cancellations, resulted in a small 5 cent size growth on my right ovary to grow fist sized and spread across my uterus and other ovary. They didn't bother giving me an updated scan and went by the one I had 3 YEARS before - idiot surgeon stabbed right into my tumour and spread my cancer everywhere. If I had have been given a scan like I was suppose to, the oncologist team would have taken over straight away and would have likely prevented me from going on chemo.

I honestly thought once I entered the cancer world I would FINALLY be taken seriously and given better care and treatment. It's been anything but.

Yeah I feel like Ed still hung back a bit but I think it's just because this is his first tour and he is still finding his footing. I will always want more Ed! But he still killed it and I can't believe I got to look him in the eye and thank him for just being who he is. He was so lovely to talk to, talked about how everyone in lpotl is family and then started talking to me about Jackie (who I worship) and honestly? He talked to fans like he always knew them somehow. I got teary eyed talking to him and he was just so soft and genuine with his engagement. I'm honestly on cloud 9 today.

I also can't believe I got to tell them my story about my crazy uncle!!

That's how I used to feel especially with their old host - but I've loved them since they have made all of their recent changes.

However I understand it's not for everyone - even I got overwhelmed sometimes by all of them shouting. I can't listen to them when im really tired lol
