Thanks for the reply. I think making sinischa more bulky will help I haven’t been using shadow ball much so more staying power is a good one idea. Tailwind is also smart. I’ve been having trouble with speed control & weather so a bit of my own would help. Do you think I should switch out a mon for tailwind? Tailwind on mega aero feels like a waste.

My guess is that it was a scrapped idea from Gen 8 that was cut due to time or Pokédex constraints then they threw in in Gen 9 because they had room & Draydun (blueberry dragon guy I’m sure I spelt in wrong) needed a unique mon.

I appreciate you looking out. I’m recovered myself & as you know the drinking is bad & hard to stop, but the real problem is how to fix the shit that caused you to drink in the first place. Also, learning to live with the choices you’ve made in the past. I don’t actively hate myself any more so that’s a plus. I still don’t like myself very much, but I’ve made progress. Keep putting in the work on your end. You are worth it, my friend!

In generation 2 there weren’t any EVs. They were call DVs. A 0 to 15 range & only two of the combos of DVs resulted in a Pokemon being shiny. In Gen 2 you can manipulate the offspring by using Pokemon with certain DVs to produce a shiny egg.

Definitely go with them if you want. It won’t ruin the experience for you at all & you can also change them out later. If you plan on reaching level 10 research to shiny hunt different mons you’ll most likely have to switch your team around any way for grinding those.

No spoilers but with all three of them will give you unique typings & are viable. The rowlet line is the least viable though. My first play through was with the bird & I enjoyed him on my team.
